Thermal Protection Coatings are thick film ablator/insulator coatings used extensively on aircraft and space launch vehicles for thermal protection. Matrix Coatings technicians specialize in the application of MA-25S® and MI-15® topcoat thermal protection products. Continuous use temperatures range between 300-600°F with ablative temperature of 950°F.
